FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to the questions overseas buyers ask most.
Getting Started
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, and PDF. If you only have a sketch or a sample part, send what you have — we can work from that and help you define the spec.
Do I need a fully finished drawing to request a quote?
No. We can review early-stage designs and help with feasibility. A rough drawing or concept is enough to start the conversation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as a standard part of our process. Send your template and we will sign before drawings change hands.
Is DFM review really free?
Yes. Free DFM review is included with every quote request, whether or not you end up placing an order with us.
Manufacturing & Capabilities
What processes do you offer?
Forging (closed-die and open-die), multi-axis CNC machining, and surface finishing (industrial painting, powder coating, Type II / Type III anodizing). We do not do casting, sheet metal stamping, or plastic injection.
What materials do you work with?
Aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, and others), steel and alloy steel, stainless steel, and titanium on request. If you have a specific grade in mind, tell us and we will confirm feasibility.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typical machining tolerances down to u00b10.02mm depending on feature and geometry. For forging, tolerances follow process capability and are reviewed during DFM.
Can you handle both prototypes and production?
Yes. Same engineering contact, same quality standards. We support the full path from first prototype through serial production — no supplier handoff required.
Orders, Lead Time & Logistics
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ. We support prototype quantities through production runs. MOQ depends on process and part complexity and is discussed during quoting.
How fast will I get a quote?
Initial acknowledgment within 24 hours on business days. A complete quote with DFM feedback typically follows in 2–3 working days.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototype parts: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Production runs: 4–8 weeks typically, earlier if tooling is already available. Lead time is confirmed in each quote.
Do you handle international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide via standard freight channels. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) are specified in each quote.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T is standard. Payment terms depend on order size and customer relationship and are specified per quote.
Still have a question?
Send it along with your drawing. We will answer both.
