Who We Are
Davmore is a custom metal parts manufacturer with over 20 years of experience supporting OEM and contract manufacturing projects for overseas B2B buyers. We work from customer-supplied drawings, specifications, and samples — and our focus is on getting parts right, from the first prototype through to full production.
Our core processes are forging, CNC machining, and painting & anodizing. We operate manufacturing bases in both Taiwan and China, which lets us match each project to the most suitable production environment based on volume, tolerance, and timeline.
We do not position ourselves as a general factory that does everything. We work inside our actual capabilities — and we apply 20+ years of manufacturing judgment to every project we take on.
Where Our Experience Comes From
A significant part of our background is producing structural metal parts for the E-bike and micro-mobility industry — motor brackets, dropouts, hangers, and frame-adjacent components. These parts must meet real-world strength, tolerance, and surface requirements consistently. That experience shapes how we approach every project.
Today we apply the same discipline to adjacent fields: UAV structural components and precision metal parts for premium EDC products. These are areas where precision, strength, and finish all matter — and where our existing capabilities transfer directly.
