What We Do

We Make Parts, Not Catalog Products

Davmore is a custom parts manufacturer. We do not sell standard catalog products. Every project starts from your requirements (drawings, specifications, samples, or development goals) and we build the manufacturing plan around them.

Forging
Closed-die and open-die forging for structural and functional parts. Well suited to components that need strength, grain flow, and consistent mechanical properties.
CNC Machining
3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining for precision parts, tight tolerances, and complex geometries. Works as a standalone service or as secondary machining after forging.
Painting / Anodizing
In-house surface finishing for appearance-critical and corrosion-resistant parts. Liquid paint, powder coating, and anodizing for aluminum components.
Parts We Commonly Make

Where Our Manufacturing Strength Fits

We are not a generic "we make anything" factory. We focus on parts where our forging, CNC, and finishing capabilities work together to deliver real engineering value.

Structural Metal Parts
Brackets, mounts, arms, dropouts, hangers and other strength-critical components.
Functional Components
Motor brackets, housings, adapter parts and assemblies with specific mechanical roles.
Precision Parts
Tight-tolerance CNC parts for assemblies where fit, flatness, or concentricity matter.
Appearance-Critical Parts
Components where surface finish, color, and cosmetic quality are part of the spec.
From Drawing to Delivery

How We Work With Overseas Buyers

A clear process designed to reduce back-and-forth and get your parts into production faster.

01
Send Drawings
Share your drawings, 3D models, samples, or a simple specification. We support STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF.
02
Free DFM Review
We review manufacturability and flag any issues that could affect cost, quality, or lead time.
03
Quotation
Transparent quote covering tooling, unit price, lead time, and recommended process route.
04
Sample / Prototype
Sample build and dimensional report. We iterate until the part meets your expectations.
05
Production & QC
Mass production with in-process inspection and final QC. Reports provided with shipment.
06
Packaging & Shipping
Export-ready packaging and shipping by sea or air. We coordinate with your forwarder or ours.
Why Overseas Buyers Choose Davmore

Built Around What Overseas Engineering Teams Actually Need

20+ Years of Real Project Experience

Two decades supporting structural and functional metal parts. We understand manufacturability, tolerances, and what can actually be held in production, not just on paper.

Free DFM Support

Every project includes a manufacturability review at no cost. We flag cost drivers and risky features early, so you can decide before tooling is cut.

Taiwan + China Manufacturing Bases

Flexibility in sourcing, cost, and lead time. We route each project to the base that best fits your requirements on precision, finish, or volume.

Fast, Engineering-Level Response

Inquiries are read by people who understand parts. You get technical answers, not sales replies, within 24 hours on business days.

One Team, End-to-End

Forging, CNC, and surface finishing coordinated under one contact. You avoid the handoffs, quality gaps, and timeline risk of juggling multiple vendors.

Prototype to Production

We support the full development arc: small-batch prototypes, design iteration, sampling, and scaling into stable production without changing suppliers.

FAQ

Common Questions

What do you need to start a quote?
A drawing, 3D model, or sample is ideal. If you only have a rough idea, a simple description with dimensions, material, quantity, and intended use is enough to start a technical conversation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before reviewing drawings. If you do not have one, we can provide a standard mutual NDA.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, and PDF are all fine. For production, a dimensioned 2D drawing with tolerances and material is preferred alongside the 3D model.
Can you support prototypes and small batches?
Yes. We support prototype runs, low-volume production, and full mass production within the same supply chain, so you do not need to change suppliers as your volume grows.
What materials do you work with?
Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and brass are the most common. If you have a specific grade in mind, share it in your inquiry and we will confirm feasibility.
What does the DFM review cover?
We check manufacturability, tolerance realism, material choice, process route, tooling impact, and surface finish feasibility. You get clear feedback before any tooling cost is committed.
How fast can you respond to a new inquiry?
Within 24 hours on business days, a technical team member reviews your files and replies with either a quote, DFM questions, or a request for clarification.
