What We Machine

CNC Machined Parts Built Around Your Drawing

CNC machining is our go-to for precision and for parts where fit, feature accuracy, or surface quality matter. We machine parts on their own, or as finishing for forged blanks, then handle surface treatment under the same team.

3-Axis CNC
Efficient machining for plates, brackets, housings, and parts with features on standard faces. Well suited for medium volumes.
4-Axis & 5-Axis CNC
For parts with angled features, complex geometries, or many sides. Reduces setups, improves accuracy, and handles harder-to-reach details.
Turning + Milling
Combined turning and milling for cylindrical parts with features such as flats, holes, and slots. Suitable for adapter parts and functional components.
CNC Parts We Commonly Make

Where Our CNC Capability Fits Best

We focus on CNC projects where precision, finish, and manufacturability have to be thought about together, especially parts that will later be painted, anodized, or assembled.

Precision Machined Parts
Tight-tolerance parts for assemblies where fit, flatness, or concentricity really matter.
Machined Forgings
Forged blanks finished with CNC machining for mating surfaces, holes, and datum features.
Functional Components
Housings, adapter parts, connectors, and interface components for mechanical assemblies.
Appearance-Critical Parts
Parts where the CNC finish is visible and has to pair with a defined paint or anodizing spec.
From Drawing to Delivery

How We Work With Overseas Buyers

A clear process designed to reduce back-and-forth and get your parts into production faster.

01
Send Your Files
Share 3D models, drawings, or samples. STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF are all fine.
02
Free DFM Review
We review tolerances, features, material choice, and surface requirements. You get clear feedback fast.
03
Quotation
Transparent quote with unit price, tooling (if any), and lead time. No hidden add-ons.
04
First Article
Sample machining with a dimensional report. We iterate if any feature needs tuning.
05
Production Runs
CNC production with in-process checks and final inspection. Reports provided with shipment.
06
Surface Finish & Ship
Painting or anodizing in-house if required, then export-ready packaging and shipping.
Why CNC Machining With Davmore

Precision CNC From a Team That Understands Real Parts

Engineering-Level DFM Review

We flag tolerance risk, tool access, and finishing impact before we quote. You avoid surprises later in the project.

Real Structural & Functional Parts Experience

Our CNC work has supported E-bike-related structural components, motor brackets, and load-bearing assembly parts.

Forging + CNC Under One Team

We handle both forging and CNC in-house, so forged blanks get machined to spec without vendor handoffs.

In-House Finishing

Painting and anodizing right after machining, so cosmetic quality and functional surfaces are controlled as one process.

Prototype to Production

First-article parts, low-volume runs, and stable production handled on the same equipment and by the same team.

Taiwan + China Flexibility

Two bases let us balance precision, cost, and lead time. We route each project to the right fit.

FAQ

Common Questions

What tolerances can you hold?
For typical machined parts, we work comfortably within standard precision ranges, and we work to tighter tolerances where the feature requires it. We confirm achievable tolerances during DFM.
What materials do you machine?
Aluminum alloys (including common 6000 series), carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel grades, and brass. We can confirm specific grades in the quote.
Do you machine forged parts?
Yes. Forging + CNC is a frequent combination in our projects. Post-forging machining is handled in-house.
Can you handle small runs and prototypes?
Yes. CNC is well suited to prototype batches, and we can scale the same setup into regular production.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. Dimensional reports accompany first-article samples, and QC reports are available for production shipments.
Can you also paint or anodize machined parts?
Yes. We handle liquid painting, powder coating, and anodizing in-house, so cosmetic and functional surfaces stay consistent.
