Closed-Die Forging

Both. We use closed-die forging for repeatable production parts and open-die forging for larger or low-volume work. We recommend the right route based on your part.
What materials do you forge?
Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel grades commonly used for structural parts, and aluminum alloys for weight-sensitive components.
What is the typical lead time for a new forged part?
From drawing approval to first-article sample is typically a few weeks depending on tooling scope. We confirm the exact timeline in the quote.
Can you handle small volumes or prototypes?
Yes. We support first-article forgings and low-volume production, and can scale the same tooling into regular production as demand grows.
Do forged parts include machining?
Usually yes. Most forged parts require secondary CNC machining. We handle it in-house so dimensions and surface features are consistent across the entire run.
Can you supply heat-treated parts?
Yes. Heat treatment can be included in the process route when a part requires specific hardness, strength, or fatigue performance.
